I offer three levels of service – Basic, Editorial, and Copyediting proofreading (see below for more detail) – but if you require something more tailor-made, or are unsure which service your work fits in to, I am more than happy to discuss your requirements, to ensure you receive the best and most appropriate level of service.

 

MS Word – I use the Track Changes function, allowing you to see the changes I propose, and read any comments or suggestions I may make. This enables you to remain in full control of your document by accepting or rejecting each suggestion individually. I also send you a Clean Copy, which shows your document as it appears with all changes accepted.

Prices vary, according to the service chosen, and the depth of intervention required, but will be between £12 and £16 per 1000 words for a standard turnaround time. My minimum charge is £30.

 

PDF/PowerPoint – I mark up changes using the Comments tool.

Website content – I will copy the content into Word and use the Track Changes function. I will also check links, layout and navigation, if requested. If you would prefer, I can access your CMS and make the changes directly, thereby reducing your workload.
